On my work today I came across the beautiful sunrise (not this photo) and immediately a friend of mine who passed came through this morning on my way to work. I thanked him for his presence and he began bringing through messages for his family. I said, I love you and I know you have a lot to say to your family, but let’s pause this until I can get to work and automatic write your messages to them. He agreed and began bringing through childhood memories when his family would spend time in Provincetown and his daughters and I would play and hang out. I got to work settled in, checked emails did my usual morning routine. Then I said, ok I have a few minutes, let’s get these messages channeled to your family. I grabbed a piece a paper and wrote two pages of channeled messages. As I was typing it out to the family, this particular line was so profound and I love sunsets and sunrises but never thought of that of pure energy, God’s energy. Next to you experience the sunrise or sunset, take a moment to pause and feel the bliss and ease energy, call in an angel or loved one and experience stillness together and you might receive a sign or message while In stillness. Thank you grandpa and the angels for the signs while I was on vacation. For those of you that don’t know my grandpa used to collect quarters and after he passed his sign has always been quarters. When I started this spiritual journey the first sign I ever asked for was a blue butterfly. I ask for this sign from my angels when I need a little reminder that they are with me and when I need to be reminded that they are always reaching out trying to get my attention in this world full of distractions. One of my favorite ways I’ve found to connect with my Spirit Team is through Automatic Writing. It’s a simple yet profound practice that allows the messages from God, Universe, Source, Archangels, angels, guides, and higher self to flow through me without the interference of the Egoic Mind, the monkey mind. 🌟💫

Here’s how it works: In a quiet space, I get into Oneness and I let go of any expectations, and ask God, Universe, Source, the angels, "What do I need to know today?" Sometimes I will ask about something specific. Then I allow my pen to write down anything that I receive through my clairsenses.

What does that mean: I write down anything, I hear, see, feel, or get a knowingness. I don't edit while I write, I just let the pen write across the paper freely, without thinking too much about what’s coming through. If you try to read what you are writing or try to edit, then you allow your Egoic Mind, to speak louder than the angels are and it severs the connection that you have established in this high vibrational state.

Automatic Writing is like creating a direct line of communication between my Spirit Team and me. 📝✨If you’re looking to connect more deeply with your own Spirit Team, I highly recommend giving Automatic Writing a try.
