For two days, I felt a persistent nudge to text a friend. I kept feeling a grandmother’s energy around her, so I made a deal with my angels: “If I feel this one more time, I’ll reach out.”

Yesterday, I finally sent that text. Immediately, her grandmother came through. I felt a strong call to sit down for an Automatic Writing session, but needed to ask her for her consent as its energy ethics to ask before fully tuning into their energy and the energy of their Spirit Team. Once I received the green light, later that night I channeled a letter full of her grandmother’s personality—specific, beautiful, and undeniable. She knew exactly who it was!

"Cris, it’s 2001... the year I was born." 🥹

My 4-year “Bat Signal” to the Angels. 🕊️

In 2022, at the very start of my spiritual journey, I heard an affirmation from Julie Jancius that changed everything for me: “I get into Oneness effortlessly with ease and on command.”

For me, winter is a season of hibernation—a divine rest where I tune into the stillness to prepare for the remainder of the year. But after the storms of last week, the birdsong today feels like a sacred bridge to a new energy.

I can feel Archangel Ariel’s grounded presence and Archangel Jophiel’s frequency of pure joy in these chirps. They are reminding us that every season holds a specific frequency, and today’s energy is Intuitive Action.
